I have an Original Hondo, not a Hondo II that I had a few questions about. I have not found any information about this guitar and would love to know anything that is helpful. I was thinking about getting rid of it, if anyone is interested, but I am not sure what it's worth because I have never seen another like it. Its in fair condition, it even has the plastic still on the selector switch cavity cover! It has a bolt-on neck, and a back countour like a strat. The serial number above the neck joint reads: 67370GS.

I'll include a few pictures to help. I have a early Hondo LP like the one up above, but mine has a larger different size headstock & dots on the frets instead of the block style. There are no letters or numbers anywhere on the outside of the guitar. The pickups are not DiMarzeios, but were regular humbucker style,at least there was nothing on the bridge pickup when I swapped it out for a nice sounding Seymour/Duncan.

I have left the neck pickup as is because it just still sounds good enough for me. I will post some pitcures as soon as I figure out how to do it.
The guitar is no longer stock as I've had other work done to it to make it sound the way it does. In case I can't figure a way to get a pic. On here,it's probely one of the earlyer Les Paul attempts Japan made at copying the real thing. It's a gold top lp copy & I hope I can get a pic.
